FREE DELIVERY on orders over £35 to most addresses.

If your order is being shipped within the UK mainland (with some exceptions detailed below) then a charge of £5 will be made for orders under £35. Orders valued £35 or more are shipped free for those addresses.

Because our carriers charge us more for certain areas, we may have to charge a little extra to deliver to these places. If that is the case, we will find out the cheapest method (which may depend on the value of the order or the weight of the goods) and agree the charge with you before shipping your order or charging your payment card.

The addresses which lie outside our normal delivery area are Northern Ireland, some postcodes in Scotland (those which start HS, IV, KW, ZE, AB except AB1-AB20, PA except PA1-PA19, PH except PH1-PH3) and all other offshore destinations.

For all destinations, we usually use either Royal Mail or Nightspeed. Goods despatched by Royal Mail normally arrive within 3 to 4 days; those sent by Nightspeed usually take 1 or 2 days. When we despatch your goods we will send you an email which will tell you the carrier being used.
